Terms of Service

By accessing or using Ace's Sports Center, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. These terms are governed by Philippine law, including the Electronic Commerce Act (Republic Act No. 8792) and the Consumer Act of the Philippines (Republic Act No. 7394). If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not use the platform.
1. Account Registration
- You must provide accurate and complete information when creating your account, including a valid name, email address, and Philippine mobile number.
- Each person may register only one account. Duplicate or fraudulent accounts will be suspended.
- You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your password and for all activities that occur under your account.
- Upon registration, you will receive a unique account code (PS-XXXXXX format) used for venue check-in and identification.
- You must be at least 18 years old to create an account. Minors require parental or guardian consent.
- We reserve the right to suspend or ban accounts that violate these terms, engage in fraudulent activity, or exhibit abusive behavior.
2. Court Booking Terms
- A confirmed booking constitutes a binding reservation for the selected court, date, and time slot(s).
- Bookings placed on hold must be completed within the designated hold period. Unpaid hold bookings are automatically released after expiry.
- A no-show grace period applies. If you do not arrive within the grace period, the venue may release your court to other players.
- Cancellations made at least 24 hours before the booking start time are eligible for a full refund (convenience fees excluded). Cancellations after this window are not refundable.
- Booking availability is subject to real-time slot status. The platform uses slot locking to prevent double bookings.
3. Open Play Sessions
- Open Play sessions operate on a first-come, first-served basis within the registration window.
- Each session has a maximum capacity. Once capacity is reached, no additional registrations will be accepted.
- Cancellations made at least 48 hours before the session start time are eligible for a refund. Refunds for cancellations made after this window are not available.
- The venue reserves the right to cancel or reschedule Open Play sessions due to weather, maintenance, or insufficient registrations. Affected players will be notified and refunded.
4. Coaching and Training
- Coaching sessions are subject to coach availability and scheduling.
- Coaching rates displayed at the time of booking apply to that session. Rates may change for future bookings.
- Cancellation terms for coaching sessions follow the same general policy as court bookings unless otherwise specified by the coach or venue.
5. Payment Terms
- All prices are displayed in Philippine Pesos (₱).
- Accepted online payment methods: GCash, Maya, and QR Ph — processed securely through Xendit.
- Cash payments are accepted at the venue for walk-in bookings and POS transactions.
- A convenience fee may be applied to online transactions. This fee is calculated on the net amount after any voucher discounts.
- A platform fee may apply to facilitate the booking service. Platform fees are disclosed during the booking process.
- Xendit payment processing fees are borne as disclosed during checkout. Fee amounts depend on the payment channel selected.
- Payments must be completed within the designated payment window. Unpaid bookings may be automatically cancelled.
6. Refund Policy
- Refund eligibility depends on the type of transaction and the timing of the cancellation request.
- Approved refunds are processed through the original payment method. Processing times may vary depending on the payment channel (typically 5–14 business days).
- Open Play refunds are available for cancellations made at least 48 hours before the session start time.
- Venue-initiated cancellations (e.g., court maintenance, weather) entitle you to a full refund.
- Non-refundable: No-show bookings, bookings cancelled after the cancellation window, convenience fees, and platform fees (unless the cancellation is venue-initiated).
7. Vouchers and Discounts
- Vouchers and discount codes are subject to specific terms including expiry date, minimum order amount, maximum discount cap, and usage limits.
- Only one voucher may be applied per transaction.
- The venue reserves the right to void or disable vouchers that are obtained or used fraudulently.
- Voucher discounts are applied before convenience fee and platform fee calculations.
- Expired or fully redeemed vouchers cannot be applied to new transactions.
8. Online Shop and Merchandise
- Product descriptions and images are provided as accurately as possible. Minor variations may occur.
- All purchases are subject to stock availability. Items may sell out between adding to cart and completing checkout.
- Online shop orders use the same payment system as other platform transactions.
- Merchandise purchased online must be collected at the venue. Delivery is not currently available.
9. Queue Management and Check-in
- The QR code linked to your account code (PS-XXXXXX) is used for venue check-in. Present your QR code or provide your account code to staff upon arrival.
- Queue display screens are informational. Actual service order may vary based on staff discretion and operational needs.
- Follow staff instructions at all times regarding queue management and court assignments.
10. Prohibited Conduct
You agree not to:
- Provide false or misleading information during registration or booking
- Share your account credentials with others or operate multiple accounts
- Attempt to manipulate bookings, payments, or voucher systems
- Engage in abusive, threatening, or disrespectful behavior toward staff or other players
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the platform, other accounts, or administrative functions
- Use automated tools, bots, or scripts to interact with the platform
- Violate court rules, venue policies, or applicable laws while using our facilities
11. Intellectual Property
All content on the platform — including text, graphics, logos, icons, images, and software — is the property of Ace's Sports Center or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from any platform content without prior written permission.
12. Limitation of Liability
- The platform is provided on an "as-is" and "as-available" basis. We make no warranties regarding uninterrupted or error-free operation.
- We are not liable for losses arising from payment gateway outages, third-party service interruptions, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
- We are not responsible for physical injuries, property damage, or disputes that occur at the venue. Players use the facilities at their own risk.
- Our total liability for any claim arising from use of the platform shall not exceed the amount you paid for the specific transaction in question.
13. Dispute Resolution
- These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of the Philippines.
- Any disputes shall be resolved first through good-faith negotiation. If unresolved, disputes shall be submitted to the appropriate courts in the jurisdiction where the venue operates.
- Consumer complaints may also be filed with the Department of Trade and Industry (DTI) under Republic Act No. 7394 (Consumer Act of the Philippines).
14. Modifications to Terms
We reserve the right to update these Terms of Service at any time. When we make material changes, we will notify registered users via email and/or a prominent notice on the platform. Your continued use of the platform after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
