By accessing, booking, or using the facilities of Ace’s Sports Center (“the Center”), you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms of Service.

2. Facility Use

Ace’s Sports Center provides pickleball and badminton courts for recreational and competitive use. All users agree to:

• Follow court rules and scheduled booking times
• Use facilities responsibly and respectfully
• Wear appropriate sports attire and footwear
• Respect staff, other players, and property

3. Bookings and Payments

• Court reservations may be made online or on-site
• Rates are charged per hour per court
• Payments must be completed prior to or at the time of use
• Late arrivals may result in reduced playing time without refund

4. Cancellations and Refunds

• Cancellations must be made in advance as determined by the Center
• Refunds or rescheduling are subject to approval
• No-shows may result in forfeited bookings

5. Open Play and Events

• Open play sessions and tournaments may have separate rules and fees
• Participants agree to follow event-specific guidelines
• The Center reserves the right to manage player rotation and scheduling

6. Safety and Liability

• Players participate at their own risk
• The Center is not liable for injuries, accidents, or loss of personal belongings
• Users are responsible for their own health and physical condition

7. Conduct and Discipline

The Center reserves the right to refuse entry or remove any individual who:

• Engages in disruptive, unsafe, or disrespectful behavior
• Violates rules or policies
• Damages property

8. Privacy

Personal information collected for bookings and operations will be handled responsibly and used only for business-related purposes.

9. Changes to Terms

Ace’s Sports Center reserves the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the facilities constitutes acceptance of any changes.
