Account & Registration

Click the Register button on the home page or navigate to /register. You'll need to provide your full name, email address, Philippine mobile number, and create a password. After registration, you may need to verify your email address before you can fully use the platform.
Every account receives a unique code in the format PS-XXXXXX. This code is linked to a QR code that you can find on your profile page. Show your QR code or tell staff your account code when you check in at the venue. It's used for queue management and identification.
Yes! Go to your profile page and click on the avatar area to upload a photo. Supported formats include JPG, PNG, and GIF, with a maximum file size of 2MB.
Click Forgot Password on the login page, enter your email address, and we'll send you a reset link. The link expires after a set time, so use it promptly. If you don't receive the email, check your spam folder.
Visit your profile page and scroll to the notification preferences section. You can toggle email notifications, SMS notifications, and marketing emails independently.
To request the deletion of your account and all associated data, please send an email to [email protected] with the subject line "Account Deletion Request" and include your registered email address and full name. Our team will process your request and confirm once your account has been permanently deleted. Please note that this action is irreversible and all your booking history, profile information, and preferences will be removed.

Court Bookings

Log in to your account, then click Book a Court from your dashboard or the home page. Select your preferred court, date, and available time slot(s). Choose your payment method and complete the booking. You'll receive a confirmation via email.
The advance booking window is set by the venue and is typically up to 30 days ahead. The available date range is shown on the booking calendar.
Hold bookings reserve the slot temporarily while you complete payment. You must pay before the hold timer expires, or the slot will be automatically released for other players. The hold duration is shown on the payment screen.
Yes. You can cancel up to 24 hours before your booking for a full refund (convenience fees excluded). Cancellations made after this window are not eligible for refunds.
A grace period applies after your booking start time. If you don't arrive within the grace period, the venue may release your court. No-show bookings are generally not eligible for refunds.
Yes, you can select multiple consecutive time slots for the same court during the booking process. Each slot is priced individually and the total is calculated automatically.

Open Play

Open Play sessions are scheduled drop-in play times where you can join other players without needing to book an entire court. It's a great way to meet new players and enjoy casual games. Sessions have a set capacity and fee.
Log in and navigate to Open Play from your dashboard. Browse upcoming sessions, check availability, and click Join on any open session. Complete payment to confirm your registration.
Yes, you can cancel up to 48 hours before the session starts for a refund. Go to My Registrations in the Open Play section and click cancel. Cancellations after the refund window are not eligible for refunds.
Each session has a maximum capacity. Once it's full, registration closes. Check back regularly as spots may open if other players cancel. You can also look at other available sessions on different dates or times.

Coaching & Training

During the court booking process, you can optionally add a coach to your session if coaching is enabled at the venue. Select your preferred coach, specify the duration, and the coaching fee will be added to your booking total.
Each coach sets their own hourly rate, which is displayed on their profile and during the booking process. The rate shown at booking time is the rate that applies to your session.
Yes, you can browse available coaches on the home page and during booking. Each coach's profile shows their specializations, experience, certifications, and hourly rate to help you choose.

Payments

We accept GCash, Maya, and QR Ph for online payments, all processed securely through Xendit. Cash payments are also accepted at the venue for walk-in transactions.
A small convenience fee may be applied to online transactions to cover payment processing costs. The exact fee is shown during checkout before you confirm your payment. If you use a voucher, the convenience fee is calculated on the discounted amount.
Yes! Enter your voucher code in the discount field during checkout. The system will validate the code and show the discount amount before you confirm payment. Only one voucher can be used per transaction, and each voucher has its own terms (expiry date, minimum order, usage limits).
Yes, cash payments are accepted for walk-in bookings and point-of-sale purchases at the venue. The staff will process your payment and provide a receipt.
If a payment fails, your booking will not be confirmed and the slot will be released. You can try again with a different payment method. If money was deducted but the booking wasn't confirmed, the payment gateway typically reverses the charge within a few business days. Contact us if you need help.
You'll see a payment success page immediately after completing your payment. You'll also receive a confirmation email with your booking details and payment receipt. You can view all your bookings and their payment status from your dashboard.

Refunds

Navigate to your booking details and look for the refund option. You can also go to the Refunds section from your dashboard. Submit a refund request and it will be reviewed by the venue staff. You'll be notified of the outcome via email.
Once approved, refunds are processed through the original payment method. Processing times typically take 1–5 business days depending on the payment channel.
Yes. Cancellations made at least 48 hours before the session are eligible for refunds. After the window closes, refunds are not available unless the session is cancelled by the venue.
If the venue cancels your booking (due to maintenance, weather, or other reasons), you are entitled to a full refund. You'll be notified via email and the refund will be processed automatically.

Online Shop

Log in and visit the Shop section from your dashboard sidebar. Browse available items, add them to your cart, and proceed to checkout. Payment is processed the same way as bookings — through online payment methods.
The same online payment methods available for bookings: GCash, Maya, and QR Ph. Voucher codes can also be applied to shop orders.
After your payment is confirmed, your order is ready for pickup at the venue. Show your order confirmation (available on the order details page) to the staff when you collect your items. Delivery is not currently available.

Queue & Check-in

When you arrive at the venue, show your QR code to the staff at the check-in desk. They'll scan it to record your arrival and manage the queue. Alternatively, you can provide your account code (PS-XXXXXX) verbally.
Your QR code is displayed on your profile page. You can take a screenshot for easy access, or simply show the profile page on your phone when checking in.
The venue may have display screens showing the current queue status. These screens show who has checked in and the order of service. The display is informational — please follow staff instructions for court assignments.

Privacy & Security

We collect your name, email, phone number, and transaction history. Technical data like IP address is collected for security purposes only. For full details, please read our Privacy Policy.
Your password is hashed using bcrypt before storage. We never store plain-text passwords. Even our staff cannot see your password — if you forget it, you'll need to reset it through the forgot password flow.
Yes. Under the Philippine Data Privacy Act (RA 10173), you have the right to request deletion of your personal data. Contact us at [email protected] to request account deletion. Note that financial records may be retained as required by law.
No. We only use a single essential session cookie (HTTP-only, expires after 2 hours) to maintain your login. Your theme preference is stored in localStorage (not a cookie). We do not use advertising, analytics, or cross-site tracking cookies.

Technical Issues

Try clearing your browser cache and refreshing the page. Make sure you're using a modern browser (Chrome, Firefox, Safari, or Edge). If the issue persists, try accessing the site in an incognito/private window. If it still doesn't work, contact us with details about your browser and the issue.
Check your spam/junk folder first. Make sure email notifications are enabled in your profile preferences. If you still don't receive emails, verify that your email address is correct in your profile, and contact us for help.
Ensure SMS notifications are enabled in your profile preferences and that your phone number is in the correct Philippine format. SMS delivery depends on your mobile carrier and network availability. If the issue persists, contact us.
